Charles Chang, founder of Topline Innovations and inventor of Deep-Cup™, has spent more than four decades developing cosmetic packaging.

He previously founded Topline Products and invented the Butterfly compact, used by a global beauty brand since 2004. Topline Products was acquired by Texen in 2016.

Holder of more than 30 international patents, Charles founded Topline Innovations in 2025 to continue solving packaging problems the industry had learned to accept.
